Why do we use agave nectar?Updated 2 years ago

Agave syrup is a natural sweetener obtained from the agave plant. In the original monastery recipe, which is the basis for our drinks, naturally refined sugar was used. Since this usually contains hardly any valuable minerals, is not well suited for diabetics and in order to make the taste and consistency more harmonious, we have replaced the refined sugar with the natural sweetness of the agave.
